Laboratory Studies
In laboratories having the latest technology, the physical, chemical and microbiological analyses are performed thoroughly in accordance with the regulations and standards and the results evaluated. The goal of our laboratories is to provide the production of highest quality products without sacrificing from the quality and food safety in order to meet customer satisfaction and health requirements. Accreditation activities of our laboratory are almost completed and the necessary trainings and certifications have been already achieved. The capacity of our existing devices is increased with the addition of new ones. As soon as such activities are completed, our competence will be documented and we will be able to provide food laboratory services to other companies as well.
For the production of high quality and healthy products, we do not only care for the cleaning and health of our employees but also apply an efficient cleansing and disinfection operation in the shop.
The reproduction of microorganisms is prevented by removing the waste of food from any surfaces, equipments and tools contacting the food.
Samples are taken from the baked products in our branches periodically and microbiological analyses and final checks are performed on these samples and our products are served in the most reliable way to our customers.
